The client undertakes to use the smart home products and services properly without violating public morals.

The company is not responsible for any damage resulting from the client's misuse or any malfunction caused by non-expert hands not related to our company.

The client is committed to providing the required information to the company correctly and accurately to serve accurate billing and pricing of services.

The company is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of information and not disclosing addresses and contact information.

All fees are calculated in Saudi Riyals.

The client meets with the company to present the project idea, and then the company presents the most suitable methods for programming, design, and installation, determining the cost and required time frame.

The contract is signed with good intentions and commitment from both parties, and since the company is at the client's good faith, it allows the agreement to be canceled, and the client recovers the paid amounts with a 20% deduction from the total contract value.

The client undertakes to maintain the privacy of the project and not present it to any external party in conjunction with financial payment.

The client's written approval is obtained to include their application in the company's works.

All financial and main processes and steps are documented via email or WhatsApp or both.

The company, as a form of transparency, ensures the client's right to be informed of the project stages.

It is the client's responsibility to inform the authorized users to enter the operating system before starting to use it for all the obligations and rights stipulated in the contract, and the client is responsible for any error, intentional or unintentional, that contradicts the terms and obligations.

The duration of any project implementation is linked to the agreed period after signing the contract and agreeing on it, provided that the amount is confirmed to have entered the bank account, and implementation is carried out during official working days, where delay days by the client are considered a delay in project delivery, and in case of delay by the company, 2% is deducted from the final payment for every five days of delay.

The company provides convenient payment methods for clients through an organized and studied schedule agreed upon by both parties.

The company provides a limited warranty on the integrity of the codes and the performance of the system.

Both parties undertake to ensure the confidentiality of information, and the session is recorded either as a video (360) degrees visually or audibly to ensure accuracy and objectivity.

The company's tasks are limited to providing ready-made application interfaces, websites, and stores without their content, and the company disclaims responsibility for the content, as the company provides content writing in a separate annex to the contract with a separate value after a full and detailed explanation by the client.

The client is responsible for the content and undertakes not to publish any material containing content that violates Islamic law and public morals, and the company is only responsible for issuing the content.

The client is responsible for ensuring that there are no viruses or installation of any software that consumes server resources, and otherwise, the company warns the client without any responsibility for free repair or server replacement.

The company is not responsible for any damage to the site or application resulting from the client's misuse, testing, overload, or negligence.

The company disclaims responsibility for the loss of client data if the hosting period has expired and the client has not renewed the subscription, and the client is not entitled to request copies or backup data unless the previous period is renewed and all dues are paid as agreed.

The company conducts maintenance work periodically, which is in the interest of the clients, and the company is committed to the necessary maintenance and development work with prior notice to the client.

The client is committed to providing the correct information to the service provider and allowing the company to use that information to ensure the proper functioning of the operating system and work.

The company fully tests the project before delivery to ensure it is completely free of technical errors.

A (preliminary project model) can be provided externally if the project's terms and mechanism are agreed upon.

Contracts are signed and executed at our company's headquarters located in Makkah Al-Mukarramah.

The duration of loading and preparing the software on the approved operating system is within four working days.

Our sold software is provided to the same client and within explanatory clauses in the contract, within a limited return period.

Our company provides limited free sessions for training, establishing, and designing for the person responsible for the software, where each session lasts a full hour, and the times are agreed upon to suit both parties.

We provide quick remote technical support (Quick Support) for emergency cases or quick inquiries, except for services that require full sessions.

The company provides the client with technical support services and determines the nature of the service, whether on-site or remote, according to the situation and what the company deems appropriate.

A user manual is provided with the software to explain all basic operations.

The software is provided through a protection dongle, which is considered as an operating license, where losing it means purchasing a new copy at the price of the additional copy, and any damage or breakage can be replaced or compensated with an independent value.

The client is provided with the latest versions during the contract period.

We confirm our commitment to our clients to provide technical support during the official announced times through social media channels.

Our responsibility remains limited within the framework of following up on the software only, and this responsibility does not extend to data or results entered in all cases, and the client has no right to claim the company for any malfunction or damage.
